Managed IT with 24/7 live support — scoped to your requirement.

Managed Service Provider

Your IT department, without the headcount.

We supply the devices, design and run the network, secure the perimeter, and answer the phone at 3 a.m. One contract covers the lot — so nothing falls between two vendors.

Managed services

Everything between the wall socket and the desktop

Take the whole stack or just the parts you're missing. Every engagement is scoped and quoted to your requirement.

Device supply & lifecycle

Computers, laptops, tablets and mobiles — procured, imaged, asset-tagged, deployed, patched, and retired securely when their time is up.

PON / GPON connectivity

Fibre services designed, provisioned and monitored — including third-party ONT deployment with the PON Stick for full visibility of your own link.

Layer 2 & Layer 3 networking

Structured cabling, managed switching, VLAN segmentation, routing, link aggregation and inter-site routing that stays predictable under load.

Firewall & perimeter security

Next-generation firewall deployment, policy design, content and application control, IDS/IPS, and rule reviews that don't rot over time.

Site-to-site & remote VPN

Encrypted tunnels between branches, warehouses and outlets, plus remote-worker VPN with sane authentication and no shared passwords.

Wi-Fi design & access points

Site survey, AP placement, channel planning, roaming, guest and staff SSID separation — coverage that holds up in a full room.

Monitoring & alerting

Links, switches, servers and access points watched continuously. We usually know before you do — and often before your users notice.

Backup & disaster recovery

Scheduled backups on and off site, restore testing that actually gets done, and a recovery plan written down before you need it.

24/7 live support

Round-the-clock access to engineers on covered contracts — remote first, on-site when remote won't cut it.

Every environment is different — sites, users, devices and uptime requirements all move the number. Request a quotation and we'll price it against your actual setup.

Onboarding

Taking over an existing network? We've done it before.

Inherited environments are normal for us — undocumented switches, unknown firewall rules, a router someone's cousin configured in 2019. We start by finding out what's actually there.

  1. Discovery & audit

Inventory of devices, links, licences and access. We document what exists and where the risk sits.

  2. Remediation plan

A prioritised list — what's urgent, what's a project, what can wait. Costed, so you can choose.

  3. Transition

Credentials secured, monitoring agents deployed, backups verified, escalation paths agreed.

  4. Steady state

Regular patching, reporting and service reviews — with the documentation kept current, not written once.

Why outsource to CureComp

Cheaper than downtime, calmer than firefighting

Predictable cost

A contracted monthly fee instead of unbudgeted emergency invoices — and hardware refresh planned in advance.

Depth on tap

Routing, firewalling, fibre, Wi-Fi, servers and cloud in one team. You'd need several hires to match it internally.

No vendor ping-pong

We own the problem end to end, including chasing your ISP when the fault is on their side of the fibre.

Questions

Managed IT, answered

By requirement. Number of sites, users and devices, the uptime you need, and how much of the stack we manage all affect the figure. Contact us with a rough picture of your environment and we'll prepare a written quotation.

No. We're happy to manage equipment you already own. Where we do supply it, you get consistent models, tracked warranties and faster replacement — which usually makes support cheaper over the contract.

On covered contracts, you can reach an engineer at any hour — not a voicemail box. Most issues are resolved remotely; where they can't be, we dispatch. Response targets are defined in your agreement.

Yes, and it's a common arrangement. Your team handles applications and users; we cover infrastructure, networking, out-of-hours cover and the specialist work. Boundaries are agreed up front so nothing is ambiguous.

Seremban and Negeri Sembilan as our home base, with wider Peninsular coverage for contracted multi-site clients. Remote support has no geographic limit.

It's yours. Network diagrams, configurations, asset lists and credentials are handed over. We don't hold clients hostage with undocumented systems.
